Hydro. Enjoy a wonderful day of pampering and de-stressing
treatments at our Day Hydro open Monday to Saturday. Try
the Fit for a King or Fit for a Queen package with steam,
back massage, body exfoliation, aromatic facial or Babor
men's facial, aromatherapy body massage and your choice
of a hydrotherapy bath. You can also book the sun bed or
enjoy the floatation tank in the Hydrotherapy Centre.
Inbetween treatments you can enjoy our pretty gardens over
healthy lunches and teas. Booking is essential.
Adjoining the day hydro is Brookdale Health Hydro
where we have been refreshing and rejuvenating happy
guests for more than 10 years. And we've just undergone a
major face lift which is more than skin deep! We have
added two executive suites, a whole new treatment wing and
a stunning sundeck off the sun lounge, overlooking the
valley and a whole lot of extra touches to leave you
pampered and tranquil.
